During my work at EHC, I was not only able to get to know the existing corporate structures, but also to build up and expand structures from the ground up, from controlling and capacity planning to marketing, sales and administration. In addition to this exciting corporate development and management perspective, I was able to initiate (promotional) projects together with & for our customers from the mobility industry, set up, accompany and manage project structures

After 1.5 years of concentrating solely on my activities in the mobility sector, online marketing had me back. Together with Wehyve, I worked on exciting marketing concepts for social projects as well as for medium-sized and large companies. Content creation, direction, creative direction, strategy development and the operational implementation on various social media channels were among my tasks.

ITS HH 2021 GmbH was responsible for the content conception and implementation of the ITS World Congress 2021. For this purpose, exciting companies, projects and innovations from the mobility sector were identified and accompanied in order to present Germany's mobility of the future vividly to the world. My area of responsibility focused on the professional support of the management in all sales matters, in the field of business, research, politics and start ups as well.

With the social media agency, I have transferred my previously independently carried out activities as a SoMe manager into a company with a great team. Im Rahmen meines Masterstudiums, welches ich berufsbegleitend absolviert habe, durfte ich mich für 4 Monate in das Business Transformation Office der VWFSAG "ausleihen" lassen. Hier habe ich Potentiale der Blockchain-Technologie für den Mobilitätsbereich, speziell der Mobility-Services des Unternehmens untersucht. Darüber hinaus durfte ich spannende Einblicke in das unternehmensinterne Innovationsmanagement gewinnen.
