Project management for onshore wind turbines on behalf of Modis

- Organization of teams to ensure requirements, designs and project objectives are met within expected timelines and with documentation in the regulated development life-cycle process. - Monitoring / Ensuring compliance with V&V overall objectives - Plan / Schedule detailed phases of the project. -Monitoring risks and planning and implementation of corrective / preventive action plans. -Moderation of MFT meetings - Collaboration / communication with organizations.

The main functions developed in the project are: - Identify Current YP Content Applicability. - Collect ICDs. - Normalization of new ICDs. - YP Corrections & reviews. - Analysing, tracking and Correcting reported issues. - Traceability of parameter evolution via P/N configuration. - Management and organization of the team (team divided between Germany, India and France). - Managing stackholders. - Following every step of the process. -Coordination with Airbus design offices and other deparments.

Software testing in order to validate and verify the proper behaviour of the interface employed in Air Traffic Management. The functions developed in the project are: -Contribution to the preparation and execution tasks. -Project requirements analysis. -Test design and execution. -Acquire knowledge of the functionalities of the project. -Management of system anomalies: analysis, report, monitoring and validation of problems and solutions.

Support in the commercial department. The main functions developed: -Opening of business. -Reception of customer offer requests. -Market study. -Customer tracking. -Participation in defining objectives. -Search of suppliers. -Make requests for offers to suppliers. -Several communication and marketing tasks. -Update and record keeping.

Student internship in the Department of Large Accounts of PORTIS. The functions developed are: -Customer acquisition -Analysis of databases. -Making portfolios. -Support in the management of commercial activity. -Administrative Assistant. -Captation of data. -Centralization of documentation.
