Coordinates activities of Responsible for individual sectors of the production. Defines strategies of personnel management. Participates in Union negotiations and in the selection of higher-level human resources. Manages relationships with main suppliers. Maintains a safe work environment and insures that employees work in a safe manne

Coordination of whole production (about 100 workers). I started in october 2008 to manage all the production departments of Huyck Wangner Italia reporting directly to the Site Manager.

Excellence program is a true effective way to reach excellence in Lean Manufacturing. From 2007 we had a very impressive improving in efficiency and cost saving. This program runs in 3 European Plants of Huyck Wangner (Italy, Germany and Spain) and from January 2009 I’m also the coordinator for the 3 plants.
