(plastic parts as ext./int. door handles, grab handles, engine components, etc) - injection molding (1K, inserts, robots, GIT, central RM feeding), assembly lines and foaming line, welding, etc. - full P&L and headcount responsibility incl. its planing and improving - keeping ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements without deviations - ongoing plant management standards improvement (inlining, 80/20, etc.)

- managing of all purchasing activities - European Commodity Buyer – Catalytic Convertors - managing of projects – new productions (buying/logistics acc.to APQP) - assuring of all statutory representative’s duties - co-ordination of new hall building and existing hall’s extension - preparation of bussiness and financial plan - managing of plant’s technical support and assuring legislative requirements
