Surveying the different areas across the Company to analyse results and detect areas of improvement involving the organizational culture and employee well-being. Setting action plans to improve the relevant areas that were identified in the surveys.

Project managing the design, development and delivery of different courses for the different industries across Deloitte (Public Sector, Financial Sector, Consumer Business, Technology, Media and Telecommunications) in the UK and EMEA. Designing the learning curriculum for the different grades within Deloitte, from Analysts up to Partners.

Managing and coordinating the regional deployment of the new talent management strategy, designing the competency matrix to evaluate employees’ performance across all areas in Deloitte. Conducting interviews partnering with the hiring managers to define candidate´s profile, job posting, build and sustain network for potential applicants.
