Lidrotec is a Germany-based company specialised in the development of a proprietary machine for wafer-dicing in liquids. My tasks there include: - Support in optics department - Leading of Python and C#-based software development - Beam alignments and characterization, along with optical setups building - Master's thesis project for the company consisting of an imaging system. Research, simulation (Zemax), experimentation with high-power lasers and LEDs, and documentation describe the work around it.

Optical lab work and research focused mainly on two-photon polimerization and additive manufacturing techniques, DED of NiTi alloys based on powder and wire. - Research across scientific journals and papers for state of the art investigations - Python-based software tools for data acquisition and display including an automated knife-edge power profiling method - Sample preparation for inspection in optical and electron microscopes - Technical documentation

Product development focused on head-up displays and instrument clusters for the automotive industry. Tasks incldued: - Participating in the development cycle from prototype to series production - Developing mechanical components via CAD 3D modeling and 2D drawing using GD&T in PTC Creo and Catia - Meeting with customers and suppliers to share project milestones, identify risks and ensure requirements and needs were met in mutual agreement -Technical documentation according to internal guidelines - Etc...

Design, development and testing of a heating unit for a sputtering vacuum device. CAD modelling and FEM simulation for heat transfer and strain produced by it were required during the project.

Design and development of mechanical solutions for important international clients in automotive and construction industry. Considering machine capabilities and operator's understanding of drawings as a critical part of the design process. SolidWorks and FEM simulation in every project. Additional tasks in the position included quality control, supervision and interaction with clients from different parts of the country.
