Reporting to the General Manager. In charge of the Production, R&D, Maintenance and Analysis Departments. Leading a team of 20 people (7 PhD & 8 BsC). Preparation of Departmental Budgets, negotiation with suppliers, proposal of investments. Sales of R&D Services, acquisition, retention and development of customers, market research. Recruitment, implementation and development of HR policies. Elaboration and implementation of an action plan to increase productivity and change management project.

Analysis of its economic potential, patent situation and development of proprietary routes. Technical Consultancy for internal and external customers. Development of API´s at industrial scale.
