Addressed technical issues from the computer applications of the department.

Designed SQL scripts to create tables, register users and grant permissions in Oracle databases. Created universes in Discoverer Administrator. Assisted to create and modified reports in Discoverer Plus. Assisted to create and modified reports in Business Objects version 6 (desktop version) and XI (web version). Updated universes of Business Objects 6 using Designer. Trained SEAT users in Discoverer Administrator, Plus and Viewer. Trained Volkswagen users in Business Objects XI.

Elaborated a support handbook in HTML for the MSS-JIT software. Elaborated a program in Visual Basic for Applications that automatically filled in form fields of a Word document.

Added functionalities and modified modules of the PRODIM software. Made reports with Crystal Reports for the PRODIM software.

Received the sales from the point of sale terminal, converted and transmitted them to the Host AS/400 system for its batch processing. Addressed technical issues.

Assisted in the data entry of the information database.
