Mirecusoft is tech start up form CA, USA My job was to do start up analysis and determine which roles company is going to have open in future. I developed job descriptions, developed pipeline of candidates, created evaluation and recruitment process and manage integration of new employees in company.

Grad Cell is software start up. We start our contract with an idea to develop HR documentation but soon we expended the idea on creating HR handbook for employees. I also created recruitment strategy and helped in determine steps in hiring process. Created strategy for sourcing candidates, passive candidates strategy (Linkedina nd email outreach) and similar. Used: Attlasian Jira, Google doc, google sheets, Odesk, Elance.
