Responsibility for the adequate organization, management, coordination and control of the quality assurance process, in accordance with legal regulations, external and internal standards. Coordination with Quality team in order to control Production process and meet the customer specifications. Ensuring accurate and correct use of project and quality tools. Gives necessary training and support to employees and other functions related to Quality.

Implementation of internal audits. Making the root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, SPC analysis, MSA, corrective and preventive actions, resolving complaints. Responsible person for calibration of measuring equipment. Approval and management of operating instructions (QMS). Qualiti supervisor for project transfer.

Production planning, monitoring and control of all production processes, including fresh pork and beef meat, semi-products from meat and meat products. Monitoring % utilization of raw materials and streamlining processes. Implementing and controlling the application of HACCP system. Implementing and controlling SAP.
