Tracked machine start/stop time & output of VMC & mold press, document reasons of sudden stops (quality check hold/equipment failure) for availability & overall equipment effectiveness. Quality check-molded/final part with tools like Micrometer/VernierCaliper. Classified/record defects supporting Root Cause Analysis-reducing scrap/saves cost. Assist in schedule workflow-Track progress at VMC and mold station, ensure operators follow SOP/ deadline, update status to engineering team for corrective action.

As an Intern Trainee in Quality Engineering Department, my core job roles which helped me to contribute to this esteemed organization: Assisted in quality control operations by analysing manufacturing data to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Contributed to pre-operation quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Provided analytical reports to support decision-making in production line improvements. Gained hands-on experience in root cause analysis.

My core learnings and responsibilities as an Intern Trainee at the Organization were: Identified manufacturing defects and. collaborated with the production team to resolve issues promptly. Gained in depth knowledge of sheet metal component manufacturing processes Performed detailed inspections of automotive sheet metal components to ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards.

Currently Studying deeply about Polymers and Composite to broaden my knowledge about building strong and lightweight structures for various fields including Automotive and Aerospace applications along with Sustainability requirements to support the Circular Economy without compromising the performance of the structure or component.

Co-developed a custom electric motorcycle from scratch (First Runner-Up, ISIE E-bike Championship 2024 - Endurance Racing Winner and recieved best manufacturer and Durability award). Developed a three-wheeled electric kick scooter as a final year project featuring Ackerman steering geometry at front wheels and an electric rear wheel with integrated hub motor to offer better maneuvering, also providing good balance at stationary position.
