• led an engineering team responsible for preventive maintenance, repair & overhauls of locomotives in St. Petersburg & adjacent areas: - conducted timely preventive maintenance for 100+ diesel & electric locomotives - completed 20+ successful overhauls of diesel & electric locomotives • designed preventive maintenance recommendations for passenger series diesel locomotives, resulted in reduced downtime & increased reliability
