Identification of key cost drivers and variances (transportation ~8%, electricity ~10%) with margin improvement. Implementation of a daily BI tool for performance reviews (-10 hours/week reporting). Standardization of reports and automation using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Standardization and automation of management reporting (50% time savings), implementation of dashboard standards. Development of financial models and evaluation of investment projects (>€15 million) including presentation to the investment committee. Support for SAP implementation through requirements analysis and development of KPI frameworks for improved cost and performance tracking.
