GE’s HRLP is a two year program that includes three job assignments, in-class and virtual training, and opportunities to lead and participate in impactful projects. In addition, you will join roundtables with senior HR leaders, have opportunities to serve as a mentor to future HRLPs, and take on leadership roles in initiatives impacting future HRLP generations.

Global role focused on managing the integration process for the HR Integration activities of the GE/Alstom Alliance.

As a member of the core HR business development team I was supporting HR readiness and due diligence for GE Capital’s disposition strategy. I was actively supporting transition process for the businesses in Germany. I was also responsible to coordinate between HQ and Capital international platforms to ensure that strategic employee transition goals are executed. Focus of my activities was on talent engagement, redeployment and career transition of the GE Capital Employees.

I was providing HR support to senior leaders, middle management and employees in Risk function across GE Capital Germany: including guidance and coaching around key HR processes, performance management, talent and career, retention, compensation planning, headcount planning.
