My role was about addressing responsibilities of: Project Manager - full software development cycle, IT Manager - managing teams of nearly 20 programmers and graphic designers, and Recruiter - managing end-to-end recruitment processes within my teams. I was managing 3 different software projects (stack: C++, Phaser 2, Obj-C). As an IT manager I was initializing the employee appraisal process, anticipating teams' needs, and addressing possible, though rare, conflicts.

SM/TL role For the Front-end Development Team: successful Scrum implementation from the scratch, day-to-day Agile coaching, backlog grooming, task prioritizing, supporting sprint planning and further development processes, managing overall team needs. For the Maintenance Team: task prioritizing, managing overall team needs. PM role Consulting further product development. Technical role Supporting the Maintenance Team in day-to-day troubleshooting and script writing (Perl).

Comprehensive IT project management: web development (mostly: Wordpress and Magento), web applications, e-commerce. Task trafficking and managing the workload of the project team. Managing project documentation and timelines.

Working on a project to migrate the existing website to new responsive design. Participating in the complete deployment process with assigned Project Manager.

Brand pages development and localizing, web maintenance, reporting.
