As a Process Engineer in the industrial Plants Department I’ve worked on projects regarding gas compression, power generation plants, and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). I’m responsible for Process Design and Detail Engineering including: Performing process simulations; Design calculations; Sizing and selection of equipment; Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Process Datasheet, Equipment Specification; Participation in HAZOP studies.

Main tasks have been heat exchangers rating and design, simulation and optimization for revamping projects of oil refinery pre-heat trains, Topping and Vacuum refinery units. During my activities I used process chemical simulator like PRO/II, Aspen HYSYS and HTRI.

During my internship in this company I prepared process datasheets for industrial instrumentation like control valves, on-off valve, pressure and vacuum gauges. I also prepared process datasheets for centrifugal pumps.
