Main Projects: - Plant profitability improvement by raising the final product recovery based on a computational simulation on Aspen Plus to conduct several case studies. - Determination of cyclic cleaning scheduling indicator variable of a shell and tube reboiler from a butadiene industrial site. Other activities: Daily plants monitoring together with the engineers, Support to several projects of the engineering team, Calculation and analysis of the energy consumption indicators from the plants.

Responsible for solving two big tasks: Determination of PID-Parameters of a Distillation Column 1 and solving a controller problem of a Distillation Column 2 (oscillating behavior due to modifications of its operating point). Both projects requested the build up of stationery simulations (Aspen Plus), dynamic simulations (Aspen Dynamics) and heat exchangers models (Aspen EDR).
