Took an active role as a project lead architect in the developing multiple projects with a total construction area of 550,000 m2 and project management was carried out. Effective and accurate communication was ensured with subcontractors throughout the entire project process, from the design of the project to the completion of its sales and handing over the project to the relevant departments for preparation of working and detailed drawings as a construction project.

As a concept development department lead architect, to be a part of all company projects (totally 12 projects- residential and mixed used). In addition, the design, management, local government approvals and sales processes of many projects (total number of independent units 1250) were individually followed.

Responsible for developing and managing of architectural projects in Russia with effective coordination of subcontractors.

Responsible for assisting senior architects in producing AutoCAD based drawings for architectural projects within tight deadlines and finding technically correct solutions to architectural problems.
