Managed the delivery of a digital, strategic change project. Our team was responsible for conceiving and implementing an digital, self-served onboarding experience for our commercial customers ensuring a smooth transition into the company's complex systems. My role was responsible for maintaining effective function of our multidisciplinary team, prioritising requirements and objectives, facilitating communication between and providing reporting to key business stakeholders.

Working with the Customer Experience Manager, I was responsible for identifying areas for customer experience improvement, proposing any viable business cases and implementing proposed solutions.

My role was account management & new business development in the fast-paced and highly competitive courier and logistics playing field. I dealt with small to medium enterprises, developing relationships with multiple contacts within their businesses, helping them grow and thrive in an increasingly global marketplace.
