Alex Simonet

The Loughborough University PC Clinic has required me to provide a customer orientated, welcoming environment for university students and staff from all backgrounds. This often involves working both on my own and as part of a small team to regularly troubleshoot and problem solve a variety of hardware and software. Alongside my work on the PC Clinic I have represented IT services in the business school, presenting to long distance learners what services we offer around campus.
