Integrated unified company's videoconferencing service in 4 regions for 60 rooms (Cisco VCS, MCU, IPVCR) Configured and started UC system Microsoft Lync 2013 for about 5000 users. Implemented new VoIP Avaya Aura systems (12 phone systems), Cisco CUCME and Genesys (call center) management and configuration. Administration of surveillance systems (8 Axis servers in 6 locations, 30 Axis IP-cameras). Administration of access control systems (server rooms).

Integrated Microsoft Lync 2010 VoIP phone system in the company. Administration of Microsoft OCS/Lync 2010. Configuration and maintenance of videoconferencing system (Tandberg MCU's/IPVCR/ISDN GW/Border Controller), automated control systems (Crestron), developed web-service for videoconferencing control (using Cisco's MCU API). Unified company call center support (Genesys).

Coordination of department employee activities. Integrated new Data Center in company. Integration and support of HP OpenView 4.5 Service Desk system.
