As a Solution Architect and SAP Logistics Team Lead, I delivered complex SAP MM/SD/WM/LE solutions across multiple implementation, rollout and development projects in the manufacturing and retail industries. In addition to architectural leadership, I remained strongly hands-on with configuration, functional design and the full development lifecycle of SAP functionalities.

As a Project Manager and SAP Logistics Team Lead / Expert, I delivered several global SAP rollout and integration initiatives across the food production, electronics and heavy machinery industries. I coordinated between global implementation teams and local business units, driving blueprinting, localization, integration design, testing, migration and deployment activities for MM/SD, CRM and cross-functional logistics processes.

As an SAP Logistics Lead and CRM/SD Expert, I supported global SPM and BPR-I rollout initiatives across heavy machinery and pharmaceutical industries. I aligned local and global teams, led FIT-GAP analysis, designed integrations, prepared functional specs, managed data migration, supported UAT and ensured smooth deployment and stabilization of core supply chain processes.

Worked for enterprise IT organizations supporting one of the largest Oil & Gas corporations and its regional subsidiaries. Delivered SAP MM/SD consulting across major transformation initiatives, including post-merger integration, supply chain harmonization, centralized MRP integration, template design and regulatory compliance projects.

As an SAP MM/SD Consultant, I participated in the full lifecycle implementation of a sales and distribution management system within a broader SAP ERP program of a major energy sector enterprise. I contributed to process design, system configuration, data migration, testing and subsequent support activities

As an SAP LE Consultant, I participated in the full lifecycle implementation of a transportation management and planning system within the broader SAP SCM program. I contributed to functional design, configuration, testing, data preparation and post-go-live support.

As an SAP MM/SD Consultant, I participated in full lifecycle SAP implementation and rollout projects for multiple subsidiaries of a major energy transmission company. My work included process design, configuration, testing, deployment, solution support and continuous improvement of the corporate Standard Design Template.

As a student trainee beginning my career in SAP consulting, I supported the implementation and maintenance of a master data management subsystem within SAP R/3. My work focused on master data maintenance, data migration and providing first-level support for MM/SD users. This role enabled me to gain hands-on experience with SAP processes, system tools and the fundamentals of SAP consulting in a real project environment.
