Contracted to Whirlpool via Korn Ferry RPO, extended three times. Provided interim recruitment management services during a demand peak across the EMEA region, overseeing and delivering the sourcing of specialist corporate functions and engineering professionals.

Led the Hays IT team from our base in Leeds, matching tech talent and employers together across Yorkshire for permanent hires. My personal niche was providing specialist consultancy and expert local knowledge across development and test, alongside managing a team of consultants handling infrastructure, projects and support.

Established BWD's Technology & Analytics practice, which delivers permanent and interim search & selection services to the UK’s leading financial institutions - banks, life, pensions, investment, platforms - and boutique firms. Longstanding clients include: Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM), Pershing, Willis Towers Watson, Barnett Waddingham, Investec Wealth & Investment, Zurich, Grant Thornton and Standard Chartered Bank.

As part of the Interim Leadership Practice for the UK's leading retained executive search company, provided high calibre senior and executive technical interims to NHS organisations across IT, projects, programmes, operations and finance. Worked in conjunction with Executive Boards on appointments of Chief Information Officers (CIO), Project Directors, Turnaround Specialists, Governance, Management and Transformation Consultants.

Specialised in senior interims and contractors spanning information management and technology (IM&T), PMO / project management and business transformation. Roles included: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Senior Developers, Information Analysts, Service Management, IT Relationship Management, DBAs, Networking and Datacentres. Part of a team of five consultants, which was top three for billing company wide (c50 teams), and the highest outside London.

Managed the end-to-end implementation of nine new clients and associated supply chains onto an automated web based vendor neutral recruitment platform (RPO) over 12 months within a PRINCE2 framework.
