My relationship with the world of aviation & aerospace began in my childhood – and it hasn’t stopped. The dream of becoming a pilot ultimately led me into the field of engineering. I quickly moved on from a detail-oriented expert track to more involvement in the big picture. Now, several decades later, I am active as a Technical Director who takes great pleasure in driving businesses and teams forward. The bigger the project and more impossible it seems to be, the larger my passion for its success. This mindset – “give me the next tough challenge to tackle and complete” – is a cornerstone of my work ethic. I flourish in a work environment marked by trust-based freedom and stable relationships in every direction. I influence the people and culture by my positive spirit, my inspiring sense of ambition and a hands-on readiness to reach targets together. I am personally motivated by the desire to pave the way for my team’s success and am passionate about trust, honesty and quality.
