Reorganisation of local finance departments, SLA, etc.

Conception, consulting, implementation and redevelopment in Finance and Controlling for international enterprises. Design of KPI structures and controlling instruments, such as for production controlling, strategic controlling, also balanced scorecard. Consolidated financial statement and group accounting according to IFRS or US-GAAP, parallel accounting, local GAAPs of several countries, SAP accounting conceptual design and implementation, etc. Amongst others Dow Jones and DAX listed companies
