Consulted for a global program commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) aiming to strengthen capacities for local AI development in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and India.

Developed an umbrella brand and a global partnership program for Mozilla’s voice technology projects, driving collaborations at the intersection of technology, politics and media to help scale Mozilla’s research and development efforts in AI and machine learning.

Built an embedded communications function to position the newly founded Open Innovation Team (its goal, strategy and diverse projects) tasked to revitalize participation and broader external engagement. Coordinated all communications activities at a global and local scale along three pillars: • Internal/External team positioning • Executive positioning of the Chief Innovation Officer • Project communications

Tasked with raising Mozilla’s European profile and presence, overseeing all executive and corporate communications activities for cross team EU-related projects, including their major consumer product Firefox.

Responsible for corporate (media relations, internal comms, social media platforms, etc.) and financial communications (incl. first annual report after IPO, several M&A transactions and funding rounds).

Consulted for blue-chip and mid-sized companies, start-ups and institutions on strategic communication in a wide range of disciplines, including corporate (reputation and issues mgt., crisis, change, post-merger integration, media relations) and financial (M&A, IPOs, Special Situations) communication mandates.
