Tasked with performing constant Real Time Performance Assurance monitoring of MWD/LWD service for clients in Russia and Central Asia regions as well as provide Advanced MWD Survey Support.

Managing 6 projects concurrently; ensuring successful completion of each one. Accountability for project management. Relied upon to formulate and respect project fundamentals. Accountable for the quality of all works and output. Relied upon to effective diagnose electrical faults. Undertaking other duties as and when required such as coaching and mentoring.

Accountable for the delivery of MWD/LWD service to clients across Western Siberia including performing Wellbore surveys, Quality Control of MWD surveys as well as survey correction for DSI&SAG.

Draw detailed plans for achieving each milestone of the project; prepare status reports for effective communication to stakeholders, and ensure that each stage of the project progresses within schedule. Develop excellent working relationships with clients. Effectively design and execute support of large-scale infrastructure projects pertaining to Structured Cabling Systems, Intelligent Building Systems, Indoor Power Supply and Lighting Systems.
