Alexander Matlin

Since 2012, I have been managing an international team of developers, QA specialists, and designers in conducting the analysis of clients’ specifications for architect software. Other duties include orchestrating remote (via e-mail and Skype) correspondence with clients, managing projects status and risks, developing key architectural tasks, and performing code review and consulting.

In this role, I am responsible for supervising a wide array of software engineering projects and business development activities including expansion of customer base, development of strong relationships with our current customers, training and recruitment, team building, business analysis of project requirements, monitoring of project status, and management of projects risks. In addition, I also organize regular meetings with staff to track their progress, manage risks, and organize new tasks.

For almost four years, I was in charge of organizing various student activities and competitions to promote new Microsoft technologies and products. Other duties include arranging courses, giving presentations and lectures, and initiating projects for students in order to share knowledge about emerging technological trends in Microsoft platforms.
