- Owned the product vision and roadmap across corporate and multiple sub-brands (vaay, This Place, Grashaus Projects, avaay, Sanity Group) - Led a cross-functional product team of 7 (PMs, designers, copy/SEO, external partners) across 5 sub-brands - Central interface between executive leadership, tech and business - Drove digital transformation with 100% compliance in complex medical/legal frameworks - Built a scalable product operating model across brands

- Owned end-to-end responsibility for key digital products and platforms - Translated business and regulatory requirements into clear product scopes and roadmaps - Worked closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to stabilise delivery and improve focus - Identified structural gaps in product ownership and processes, creating the foundation for later team and portfolio restructuring. Promoted into Head of Product Management role.

- Owned product vision and roadmap for nu3's international storefronts (6 Shopify shops) and two emerging brands (BEAVITA, Skintist) within Shop Apotheke Group (Redcare) - Led a cross-functional team of 6 (Product, UX, Engineering), reporting to the Executive Director - Led the redesign, refactoring and relaunch of six e-commerce shops - Drove a 24% YoY increase in average order value via checkout optimisation, site speed and data-driven cross-selling
