- Overall responsibility of all technical and commercial aspects, in terms of i.e. budget, scope, risk, quality, health and safety and interfaces related to the Ground Investigation work package within the ~1GW Gennaker OWF project. - Leading a team of specialists and coordinating the interfaces to all relevant stakeholders. - Planning, tendering, negotiating, awarding and monitoring of geotechnical and geophysical surveys as well as UXO identification and clearance campaigns in the range of 10-30 mEUR.

- Technical input and due diligence in other projects at early stages across Europe, APAC and Americas. - Scoping and tendering of geologic desktop studies, consultancy services and preliminary ground investigations. - Review and quality check of geotechnical and geotechnical data an deliverables.

- Management and supervision of multiple large-scale railway projects in Northern Germany and the Netherlands within the geotechnical department. - Leading supervisor for the geotechnical construction works of the S4-line project in Hamburg. - Assessment and interpretation of geological, geotechnical and geophysical data (Georadar) as well as laboratory data for the creation of geotechnical expertise reports of railway infrastructures. - Trained BIM Coordinator.

- Preparation, execution and supervision of geotechnical investigations for flood prevention and energy transmission infrastructure (380kV transmission lines). - Leading a drilling team for the execution of geotechnical investigations. - Interpretation of laboratory data for the creation of geotechnical reports. - Project management from tendering stage through to execution and until contract closure.

- Geotechnical support during large-scale geotechnical drilling operations for infrastructure projects (highways) and water production well operations across Germany.

- Technical assistant in several construction projects i.e. demolition and renovation. - Technical supervision of different construction works.
