Management of the finance department, responsible for the management and development of 5 employees. Preparation of annual budgets & forecasts. Supporting the German & European management and the department leaders in their goal /critical success factors and KPI setting, action planning & monitoring of the implementations of various projects. Preparation of monthly reports for the Board & ad hoc analyzes for management purposes. Further development of of the controlling & the risk-ananalysis processes.

Job description: - As part of my work at Deloitte Amsterdam I was responsible for the audit of large corporate clients (e.g. large holding companies, Dutch subsidiaries of foreign multinationals), reporting under different regulatory & financial reporting frameworks (i.e. IFRS/IAS, Dutch & US GAAP, J-IFRS). - The audit clients were spread in variety of industries, including Consumer business and B2B (e.g. global Logistics companies and Auto-parts manufacturers), Financial services and Telecommunication.
