Coordinated multiple external teams developing a web/mobile social application for players. Responsible for leading the project from the development side from idea to implementation, resulting in an app used by more than 10000 Russian players. As a development lead, helped the Product owner assess new features and plan release cadence. The application was developed and released in a short timeframe, presented at the offline event on a specific date.
