- Software team work organisation: priorities setup, tasks distribution, progression checks, documentation surveillance. - Embedded system development: videoscope products specifics definition in collaboration with the hardware development department and products’ problems troubleshooting. Test conception and validation. New features implementation. Results: Delivery of the newest industrial videoscope version, with improved capabilities.

Adaptation of existing code to new hardware requirements and realisation of a bootloader program to flash a new firmware into a microcontroller.

Responsibility of a network of sensors for environmental data collection: experimental instrumentation and sensors analysis and monitoring; raw data post-processing. Web development: Implementation of a web application to display the sensors’ data and provide an interface to access the database.

Software Architecture design and algorithms development for MEMS-sensors design. Results: Delivery of the interface module for the design of MEMS sensors.

Development of an AR-driven human-machine interface for the assistance of the operator in the workspace. Setup of a speech recognition system, calibration of industrial cameras and algorithm development. Setup of a plastic selector vision system: from the concept (choosing of the hardware and problem approach), through the algorithm development, to the installation of the system to the customer. Coordination the planning and prototyping of an embedded laser system for software driven 2D/3D pointing.

Drafting and editing scientific articles both in Italian and English, secretary of the publication "Il Nuovo Saggiatore". Editing of the volume "Atti del Congresso", a collection of scientific presentation abstracts and timetables for the XCVI National Congress of the Italian Physical Society and formatted it in LaTeX.

Development and measures on portable permanent magnets for NMR and MRI included: design and realisation of an electromagnet probe, NMR measurements for the magnetic field drift of a superconductive magnet due to temperature variations, magnetic field mapping inside of a portable permanent magnet to optimise its homogeneity and data analysis (Matlab).

The X-ray tomography of big objects, in particular of a XVII century globe by Vincenzo Coronelli included: characterization of a tomographic system (SNR measurements, linearity in the system response while changing acquisitions parameters, dynamic range and modulation transfer function measurements), tomography of the "Madonna del Cardellino" painting by Raffaello, system assembly and data acquisition.
