Overall responsibility for TIS Disaster Recovery in the Region Switzerland (including PB,IB/AM and GPS) -Responsibility for the Disaster Recovery Plan (Basic Infrastructure) -Development / Actualization BIA, Strategy, BRP (Smart plans) Identification of vital business activities, resources or services and the assessment of interdependencies, impacts and losses that could result if the organization were to suffer a severe incident

The Managed Services Department supports the TBP PACT Organization. Managed Services runs and develops global projects, processes and tool development of high strategic importance. Special Strategic Initiatives and essential administrative tasks are also undertaken. Lead the global OLM service, BCM coordination, member of regional CH IT crisis management team as well as the process management service
