• Developed company-wide standards for a ventilation program following OSHA regulations, as described in 1910.94 and 1926.57, and tested previously established systems at multiple company facilities throughout the state of Minnesota. • Participated in the development of safety guidelines for a salt bath heat treatment process used to produce nickel-titanium parts. • Inspected facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

• Evaluated potential applications for an original continuum robotic manipulator in an industrial manufacturing setting. • Researched technical specifications for existing collaborative working robotic applications to help establish project parameters. • Explored the different collaborative robotic devices currently on the market and analyzed their different processes.

• Designed fixtures for manufacturing improvements and product fabrication using SolidWorks 2016. • Supported lean principles with Kaizen events, work cell layout redesigns, and dozens of projects focused on eliminating waste. • Worked with operators, line leads, and leadership to create and convert 100+ work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 standards. • Created safe material flow through bottlenecked assembly cells after working with operators and lean experts to revise production lines.
