- Performing qualitative coding, code commenting, debugging, bug fixing, testing and unit-testing; - Analyze and translate requirements into solution design based on approved architecture; - Review and evaluate quality of code written by other colleagues; - Participate in creating/updating/reviewing technical documentation.

- Responsible for configuring, supporting and troubleshooting the Cloud environments; - Installing and configuring products, monitoring and responding to system alerts; - Work with IIS, SQL, PowerShell, SaaS technologies; - Monitor and Respond to Server Alerts, Escalations; - Provide phone based client support for connectivity and system up time; - Responsible with training for new employees.

Working with SQL Server and Oracle on data layer maintenance (level 3 support) and development. Daily tasks include development of: - Custom financial reports using in-house reporting tools (YSR, Columnar, Scripting, AdHoc, ETL); - Custom financial and non-financial data export in XML format; - Custom correspondence templates; - Custom Stored Procedures to handle complex logic situations; - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at the OS, database, and SQL code levels.
