    Had the pleasure to become a mentor in the coolest Hardware accelerators in Europe. My part of mentoring was to teach about the basic of sales, introduce sales tools to automate the sales process and teach about teamwork communication. Shared my experience of being part of a startup that went through 2 different accelerators in a very short time, with all ups and down.

Helping new entrepreneurs to begin their journey and helping them to ask better questions from himself. Expanding their thinking and giving new ideas.

Nobody can predict what can go wrong, but how the customer support handles these situations, is every company's power. These are the points where companies can lose a lot of customers and it's 8x more expensive to get new customers than just to take care of the ones you have.
