• Company & products valuation for acquisitions and in-licensing • SAP implementation for marketing department • Purchasing process implementation in full cooperation with Procurement/Sourcing

• Full responsibility for accounting (IFRS), controlling, Tax, IT, legal, purchasing, ext. audit • Fournier-Solvay Poland financial & legal merger implementation • In charge of finance for the Baltic countries from 01/07 • Led the implementation of the pharma ethical & compliance code • Implementation of key performance indicators (finance, market, commercial…) • Potential acquisition assessment of state-owned companies during privatization

• Responsible for reporting, closing, budgeting of the Industry branch activities • Active financial support to group affiliates • Industry department board member

• Internal audits, analysis & recommendations to 40+ affiliates/countries • Company & structure profitability analysis for investment-divestment • Royalties management

• Set up of the affiliate finance department including new accounting system (previously subcontracted to an external accounting company) • Fully responsible for the affiliate financials (reporting, planning, external audit, cash, tax, capex…)
