My projects at Media Elements Group were, on the one hand, the restructuring of the Media Elements Group Sales department (acquisition strategy and structure, process optimisation and CRM optimisation). In addition to the large-scale projects, I supported the day-to-day operations in sales and strategy controlling. Here I relaunched the company website, the sales report and the escalation management and made it more cost-efficient.
In my internship at Celonis, I had the task of supporting the sales team as an interface between data science and sales. I connected the customer data with the Celonis process mining software (using SQL and Python). I then adapted the software to the client's use cases using PQL. At the end of my internship, I had the opportunity to participate in a proof-of-value workshop. Here I presented the software to the client and worked closely with the client to uncover inefficiencies in the core processes.
