Co-integration with MEMS inductors to develop LC filters. The whole process steps were realized by myself with the support of the Center of Micro-Nanotechnology of EPFL (clean room class 100). Involvement in European projects MIMOSA with the main partners like STMicroelectronics, EPFL, CEA-LETI, CSEM, LAAS.
