Media Supply: The aim of the project was to build Media supply unit mainly this unit supplies water, air and nitrogen to cleaning module to clean the FOUP which carries wafer and this unit contains XCDA line, Water line, Nitrogen line and Exhaust duct. These lines are placed on Drip pan with proper arrangement to provide access to reach components present in respective line. This projects also involves in selection of Diaphragm Valve, Air filter, Pneumatic fittings and Valve clusters

Client: Liebherr Mining Trucks,PDM tool Used : Albertos,PLM tool Used : LIKV Responsibilities:1. Routing of Hydraulic Hoses, Power cables and Designing of Brackets as per task execution.2. Creation of Installation and Harness Drawings as per Liebherr Standards. 3. To do peer review of the tasks executed by team involves Model and Drawing check as per the Liebherr guidelines.4. Restructuring of the electrical units along with power cabling in the trucks as per the guideline provided by liebherr.

 Planning and execution of the tasks (Tasks included defining overall Design, concepts and assembly structure and product life cycle management.). Understanding client requirements by improved communications via phone with onsite coordinator Utilizing the BIM format to prepare a BIM model of the Coolers, Condensers & AHU’s Verify the BIM model complies with the planned dimensions of the Cooler or Condenser unit.

Preparation of Drawings of Boilers (IBR and Non IBR) using Auto CAD & Catia V5.  Preparing inspection reports of Boilers. Distributing jobs to workers on the basis of ability & experience. Responsible to control workshop productivity to achieve company target by searching enough work at the tower to minimize technician’s idle time. Submit reports regularly to the manager concerning staff performance and other measures to betaken to upgrade the performance standard.
