As an EMEA Senior Recruitment Advisor for the Agilent Technologies RPO (contracted through Talent Search People), my main objective was to handle and lead selection processes aiming to offer the most accurate, efficient and tailor-made strategies in order to meet both partners and candidates interests and achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

Talent Search People is an international recruitment agency based in Barcelona and Madrid which provides recruitment services in several areas of expertise: Sales, IT & E-Commerce, Native Speakers and Finance. Multi-lingual recruitment for Financial, R&D, Customer Service SSCs.

Recruitment support & research within a Non-Governmental Organization, supporting selection processes for multinational companies interested in foreign languages students, recent grads or natives.

• Personnel selection for both national and multinational companies requesting recruitment of international profiles; • Meeting HR representatives (recruiters/hiring managers) from client companies in order to correctly identify the profiles needed and structure job specs; • Full-cycle recruitment, assessing Hiring/Line Managers, client/candidate feedback, follow-up of the entire process.
