Assisted with the relaunch of the FLEXBOX website as part of a multidisciplinary agile team.

User interface (UI) design in coordination with project managers, software developers, quality assurance personnel (QA), technical writers, and the technical support staff. Initiated and conducted user experience (UX) research sessions prior to the implementation of new features in the organization’s products, and also developed my own digital tools for doing so.

Researched best practices and designed in graphic, responsive web, and UI fields. Was also responsible for scaffolding webpages and creating graphics and icons for front-end use in a highly collaborative team environment. Performed product management role from a creative perspective, defining new key features through a collaborative, user-centered approach. Designed and developed analytical charts, reports, and dashboard-widgets which are used by clients to visualize their BAS data.

Researched, designed and developed graphics (icons, logos, header / footer images, information models, etc.), presentation material, and website mock-ups. Made well-received recommendations towards improving the information architecture of the main website and the Agency's internal and external communication online services (using prototype). Web Application development and WordPress plugin development. Designed and implemented High Quality HTML Email Templates.
