Lead multiple CapEx projects from design to commissioning, managing budgets, financial reporting, and coordinating internal teams and contractors. Ensure compliance with Safety, QA/QC, and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with client specifications, requirements, quality, and safety standards through inspections. Review progress reports and site diaries, coordinate resources, and manage construction documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.

Address market changes to minimize risks, review invoices and claims, and lead timely resolution of supplier issues.

Perform cost calculations to establish optimal budgets in line with tender requirements. Conduct technical and commercial analysis of supplier offers for materials and equipment. Develop construction schedules and prepare comprehensive economic tender documentation.

Prepare comprehensive weekly progress reports alongside daily site diaries. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and develop detailed technical drawings in line with designer requirements. Perform material quantity estimations and ensure the implementation of safety policies and regulations.
