Perform alarm diagnosis and troubleshooting, investigate the cause of malfunctions and take the necessary actions to solve technical problems. Monitoring the Vodafone Voice, Data and IT Network equipments and services and investigate alarms. For occurred incidents, analyze the cause and dispatch field personnel. Continuously update logbooks, generate specific reports related to network events. Active follow up until the problem is solved.

Operation and maintenance for Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone network, regarding both software and hardware. Assisting the end-users in technical issues; investigating and proposing solutions.

Developing a C++ application for graphic analysis of a captured signal (voice);

Practical Training in network operation and maintenance service; Perform maintenance procedures in the LAN network and troubleshoot the occurred incidents.
