- Reduced the overall sprint planning time by 2.5 times by implementing planning with each business stakeholder and prioritizing tasks. - Reduced the regression testing time of decision-making strategies in the loan pipeline from 3 days to 6 hours by organizing the automated testing process.

- Increased the release frequency from 2 to 5 releases per year by building the processes of prioritization and planning, and by transferring the expertise from the outsourcing team to a newly built in-house team. - Improved authorization workflow and suggested migration to a new SMS marketing provider which resulted in SMS marketing costs reduction by 30%. - United two long-living versions of the same product by promoting these tasks in a product backlog which decreased support costs by 80%.

- Released the system into commercial operation, which could not be released for 2 years. - Eliminated architectural flaws in microservices by sawed out cross-dependencies in databases, which reduced the update installation time by 2x.

- Designed a microservice architecture which allowed to roll out MVP in 3 months, and released application into commercial operation after 6 months. - Built a CI / CD process from scratch to accelerate dev and test environment roll-out time by 10 times. - Implemented an admin panel using Vaadin framework, which improved request processing time by 3x times.

- Implemented API Gateway based on GraphQL 3 times faster than deadline by forming and supporting development team within 9 months. - Implemented a runtime-configurable API Gateway based on the GraphQL scheme, which made it possible to reduce the delivery time of changes by 4 times.

- Introduced the caching to cope with performance issues of the platform and the platform keeps 10k users online after that. - Implemented a multi-threaded template engine, which improved the template rendering time by 2 times. - Formed a technical development team, fixed performance problems, thanks to which the Megafon LC stopped falling.

- Implemented a service that processes analytical data streams from cameras with a dynamic configuration. - Implemented a fail-safe service for displaying objects with trackers on the map in real time.

Implemented the taxi management system (like Uber) in commercial operation for 4 clients.
