In just over 3 years our ERP solution has been implemented in 7 subsidiary companies of OJSC Rosneft in Moscow and other Russian regions, OJSC RusHydro Headquarter in Moscow for over 1500 users at all. Worked with C-level executives to identify strategic goals, objectives, scope, budget and process. Researched and analyzed business processes. Managed project team work in HQ and regional sub-office. Maintained all-time feedback with contractors. Investigated completed projects.

Developed e-specification in accordance to requirements. Provided Siemens UGS NX System customization and support. Assisted in implementation process of PDM TeamCenter System.

Engaged in gathering, processing, analyzing data and provision of information per request. Prepared information analysis documents and report: governmental, military, economic, political, scientific and social area. Participated in local acts development.
