Ennismore is a specialist pan-European value investment management company based in London. The company was set up in July 1998 and specialises in investing in small and mid-cap European companies. Our typical investments are in smaller companies that are under-researched and whose future prospects are being mispriced by the market. We look for companies that are in strong competitive positions and are capable of generating high, sustainable returns, in cash, over a business cycle.

With approximately $15.5 billion assets under management as of the end of 2011, Sankaty invests in a wide variety of securities, including equities, leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, distressed/stressed debt, mezzanine debt and structured products. Sankaty typically invests in special situations where mis-pricings are more likely, following extensive levels of due diligence.
