As a NOC expert, I am responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the Core network, DataCenter services, and BroadBand service. Co-Location and Cloud server are two of services serving customers. Dedicate Bandwidth is one of our services in BroadBand and I have responsibilities to monitor customer's radio connectivity and impaired. Monitoring all the devices in the network and finding the best solutions to solve the problems.

Maintaining the stability of network, problem solving, configuring new devices are my responsibilities in this company. There are some services like AD, DNS and DHCP that I must keep them available also Configuring some APs are my responsibilities as well.

Designing and configuring new devices for new branches and keeping the connections between branches with Head Office were my responsibilities. Maintaining the stability of network and problem solving was also some of my responsibilities. The traffic was secured by the VPN Tunnel configuring on Sophos. Our main device for Accounting, Authorization and Managing the Internet was Sophos.
