Responsible of Siebel 7 database administration in SBS Worldwide as member of a team of three employees for Toshiba Global CRM project.

SBS- Toshiba Global Support Center Customer Interaction Center is the first global call center project in Turkey. With an approximate number of 300 employees, TGSC Customer Interaction Center is the first contact point of Toshiba notebooks, PDAs and servers for “end users” from USA (TAIS), Europe (EMEA) regions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, located in Great Britain. Responsible of sales activities, after sales support and generating new customers. Being the one and only regional contact person, supplying the customers with the first level technical support to solve or diagnose their problems with the printers, computers and the relevant consumable products.

Responsible of sales, scheduling and organization of the Great Britain’s international language certification and university exams for Turkish students in Istanbul. (KET, PET, CFE, IELTS exams) Also communicating as a contact person with the key accounts in the foreign education market such as private schools in Istanbul and government schools in Britain.
